What is mindfuless?
Anxiety is worrying about the future and depression is dwelling on the past. Mindfulness teaches us to stay in the present moment.
How does this help with stress and anxiety? When you’re mindful, you learn to put space between your thoughts or feelings and your response. So instead of immediately reacting to a thought, you can respond more sensibly (or not respond at all). Having this feeling of control and the ability to respond with intention is powerful.
What are the benefits of mindfulness?

Who practices mindfulness?
