Karma: “is your doing.” ~Alan Watts
Karma is not how the universe gets back at you.
It’s not your past life affecting this life and this life affecting your next life.
It’s your actions that you perform and believe coming into fruition.
So what you are today is based on a series of decisions from your past. And if you’re not totally willing to drop that image of yourself, you will remain with that Karma.
You see, you’ve gradually become who you are.
If today you decide to shatter the past. Completely and irrevocably move on. Then you have no Karma, and therefore all is new and refreshed.
You are your Karma and you are not your Karma. It’s a choice.
Let’s say the way you eat and behave has had you gain 5 lbs. That 5 lbs is your Karma. If you look at yourself physically and spiritually and say, “f*ck this! I’m done with this old sh^t. It’s time to move on.” And then you do it! That’s releasing your Karma. It’s done. Say bye-bye.
Stop My-Name-Is-Earl-ing and take responsibility for your life by letting go of your past and taking a stance on the image you carry right now — the image you see yourself as right now, and not allowing other people to decide that for you.
Then you break from Karma.
