It’s unfair to wake up each morning, not knowing who you are or being lost because you can’t contribute in the way you want.
In fact, it’s more than unfair. It sucks.
But what if you could make your energy positive? You can. And you’re about to.
This is how:
Set a good intention before you get out of bed
Before you step your pretty little feet down onto the floor in the morning, lay in bed for a few minutes longer. Yes, I know the snooze alarm sounds so good, always, but avoid that too.
This is critical “me” time. Think about it. It’s uninterrupted (sometimes, I guess), it’s quite(r), and it’s the point between your sleepiest and your most alive self.
This is the perfect time to lie there and be grateful, thinking of how amazing it is to be you.
Isn’t it incredible to have the health, wellness, face, body, bank account, bed, pillow, phone, and everything you do?
Use this time to set a good intention for the day.
Think of the one word that at the end of the day, you would love for it to be beaming through your consciousness.
2. Release the unwanted crap before you get into bed
This is the final moment before you’re about to head to sleep.
What a better way to end your day then to release all that unwanted crap out of your mind, body, and psyche. Right?
It’s important that when you get into bed, you’re not taking all the shit from the day with you.
This can be done by stretching, taking a hot bath, showering, journaling, yoga, meditation, and sometimes a good book or movie that’s slower or soft.
During that time right before bed, make sure you collect all of that negative and stale dust and clean it away from you.
There’s no use in taking nasty odors or body oils, internal and external, into your sheets. That’s gross, yes, but it’s also toxic to the reoccurring cycle of your life.
It’s time to begin these 2 steps and make your energy positive.
Start your day with a good intention before you roll out of bed
End your day by releasing the crap out of your consciousness
~Looking forward to a healthy, more vibrant 2019 you ;)
