It’s a Saturday and depending on where you live, you might go out and visit the local arts fair.
There’s an artist there and she set out her booth for the weekend.
Random locals walk up and through her booth. Some may say hello. Others continue walking, glimpsing at her art.
The artist, she does this because to her, there’s a chance that the intention she gave one piece has the possibility to connect with the person who is there.
Each purchase gives her the opportunity to continue to create with intention. Sometimes going beyond her expectations and exploring a new intention.
She creates because she enjoys it, yes. Most of all, however, she creates because she enjoys the joy that comes from the young girl who stops by with her mom. A shared croissant among them two. Hot cocoa in one’s hand and coffee in the others. Morning buzzing with bird chirps. The smell of freshness in the morning breeze. Calmness that situates in the sun before it warms.
Then with one picture hung in the young girl’s room, an incredible joy is felt as she wakes up and subconsciously relives that moment with her mom.
All because the local artist decided to create and show up with intention.
